My wife and I engaged Czech Cuisine to prepare a complete Czech meal for 4 couples of our friends; 10 of us in all. It was super ! We chose homemade soup, roast pork, bread dumplings, gravy, sauerkraut and a unique strudel for dessert-- all cooked in our kitchen. It was wonderful ! Highly recommend. We videotaped it all and learned how to cook these items and also learned a lot about the Czech and Slovak Republics from Jerry, a native who does everything well. It was a very unique and entertaining show for us and our guests.Cost was very reasonable for a party meal for 10.
